South East Dorset Green Party Women's Group invites to you join them in watching 'Girl Rising'. This film tells the unforgettable stories of nine girls living in the developing world, and is being screened at the Lighthouse in Poole on Thursday 2nd March.

Councillor Simon Bull organised a Winton Winter Survey and members of the local South East Dorset Green Party delivered leaflets to 500 households during the last week. In response to a question he subsequently raised at Council, a press release led to a report in the Bournemouth Echo about the closure of public toilets in the town.

Dorset County Council and InfraStrata have confirmed that no work will be carried out this year at a proposed gas exploration site near the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site in Dorset. The site, at California Quarry on the edge of Swanage, was occupied by opponents of drilling at the weekend.
